Q: What is your repair policy? 

A: Other than your chain there are not many breakable parts on your necklace. If any part of your necklace, with the exception of the chain, should break within 6 months receiving it please download this form and send it back. We will repair or replace it free of charge. After that, if it can be repaired, a repair fee plus return shipping may be charged. For an estimate of repair costs please e-mail heartandstonejewelry at gmail.com and fill us in on the details. Often a quick photo emailed from your phone can help us quickly access the repair. 

Q: What is your repair policy for chains?

A: We take great care choosing our chain and putting together our chain. If your chain does break within the 1st 60 days simply download this form and return it with your chain. We will repair or replace it at no charge. After that, if it can be repaired, the easiest route is often walkign into your local jewelry. You can also send it back to us. ***Please note that, while totally cute, bead chain is delicate by nature and can not be repaired. If you're looking for a chain that will last a lifetime when well cared for please choose one of our other styles.
